Refund policy

Our products are made with the highest quality natural ingredients sourced directly from Western Australia. However, we understand that sometimes you might have an allergic reaction to the products or the products aren't working up to your satisfaction. Whatever the issue might be, if you're not happy, we're not happy.

We care for all of our customers, so if you open your purchase and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at hello@sstuff.au alongside your order number. We will email you the return address and instructions.

RETURN TIME: The returned order needs to be postmarked within 60 days from receiving day.

REFUND: Once your goods are returned to us, we will process the refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the original payment).

GOODS CONDITION: Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original packaging.

ORDER EXCHANGE: We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product, you can place a new order. Once your goods are returned we will process a money refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
